St Audoen's archway b&w

I took this during a walking tour part of Handel's festival given by historian Pat Liddy. I tried the infrared effect here for the first time. I thought it brought up the leaves very nicely. St Audoen's arch is the last remaining gateway of the old city of Dublin.

Squirrel

St Patrick's Day 2011
I enjoyed using the long lens at the St Patrick's Day parade for the first time. I found shooting the crowd more interesting than the parade itself. This is my favourite shot of the day.

Knicker art
Found this jewel of a shop front during my trip to Madrid last weekend for my school reunion. If you happen to be in Madrid, go find it, it's on calle Ventura Rodriguez, not far from the Templo de Debob. Buy something in it, we should try and maintain this kind of shops!
